SMJ Enterprise is a diversified investment and real estate development company with extensive knowledge and experience in franchised truck dealerships, commercial construction and real estate development and management. SMJ primarily works in two areas, private equity investment and real estate development for properties that it owns. SMJ has developed both greenfield construction as well as renovations of existing facilities. SMJ Enterprise was founded by Mary Ezell and Scott Gill in 2021. The two of them have decades of experience in real estate development, management and private industry management with previous experience in CFO and COO roles overseeing $750 million in revenue.
